# How to Check Account Quality in DoubleTick

DoubleTick allows you to easily view your WhatsApp API account quality directly from your dashboard. This helps you monitor the health of your number without needing to open Meta Business Manager every time.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">**Step 1: Log in to DoubleTick**</mark>

1. Open any browser (Google Chrome is recommended)
2. Go to: web.doubletick.io
3. Log in using your registered phone number and OTP

Once logged in, the chat section will open by default.

1. Hover your cursor over the left side of the screen
2. The navigation panel will expand

1. Click on Home from the navigation menu
2. You will land on the DoubleTick Home Page

On the Home Page, below your WABA number and API number, you will find a section labeled Account Quality.

This box will show whether your quality is:

* High
* Medium
* Low

It also explains that account quality is determined by how recipients have received your messages over the last seven days.
