How to Check Account Quality in Meta (FBM / WhatsApp Manager)

Meta provides the official quality rating of your WhatsApp Business API phone number inside WhatsApp Manager. DoubleTick offers a direct shortcut to access this section quickly.

Step-by-Step: Check Quality Rating in Meta

Step 1: Log in to DoubleTick

1. Open web.doubletick.io

2. Log in using your phone number and OTP

Step 2: Open the Home Section

1. Hover over the left side to expand the navigation panel

2. Click on Home

Step 3: Click on “Go to FBM Account”

On the Home Page, you will see a button on the right-hand side called Go to FBM Account.

1. Click this button

2. A new tab will open

3. You will be redirected directly to Meta WhatsApp Manager

Step 4: Open the Phone Numbers Section

Inside WhatsApp Manager:

1. Look at the left-hand menu

2. Under Account Tools, click on Phone Numbers

Step 5: View the Quality Rating Column

You will see your API number listed along with:

• Display Name

• Status (usually Connected)

• Quality Rating

The Quality Rating will appear as:

• High (Green)

• Medium (Yellow)

• Low (Red)
