How to send an invitation to join a WhatsApp group
Send a WhatsApp Group invite to add participants through DoubleTick.
After creating a WhatsApp group on DoubleTick, you need to invite members to join it. This article explains how to generate and share the group invitation link.
Step 1: Open the Created Group
Log in to your DoubleTick account.
Go to the Chats section.
Open the group you have created.
Step 2: Locate the Invite Link Option
Inside the group screen, you will see the option:
Share invite link to add team members
This option is available within the group interface.
Step 3: Copy the Invite Link
Click on the Copy Link button.
The group invitation link will be copied to your clipboard.
Step 4: Share the Invite Link
You can now share this link with the people you want to invite.
You may send the link through:
WhatsApp
Email
Internal team communication tools
Any other preferred communication channel
Anyone who receives this link will be able to view the group details and choose whether to join.
Important Notes
Only users with the invite link can request to join the group.
Make sure you share the link only with intended participants.
If required, you can control access by managing how widely the link is shared.
You have now successfully invited members to your WhatsApp group.
