# AI Chat Summary

Every week, your inbox handles dozens — sometimes hundreds — of customer chats. Questions, complaints, approvals, follow-ups… and somewhere in between, the important stuff gets buried.

AI Chat Summary fixes that. It reads through your conversations and delivers a clean, structured recap — so you always know what happened without scrolling through entire threads.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">What Is AI Chat Summary?</mark>

An AI-powered feature that automatically summarizes the key happenings across your conversations — organized, readable, and ready when you are.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">**How to Access It**</mark>

1. Go to **Chats** and open any conversation.
2. Tap the **AI Chat Summary icon** (lines/list icon) in the top toolbar.
3. The summary panel opens on the right. Tap any reference to jump to that message, or use **"Load previous summary"** to review earlier weeks.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">What the Summary Includes</mark>

The AI picks out what matters most:

* Customer updates and requests
* Follow-ups and pending actions
* Complaints or concerns raised
* New leads or onboarding discussions
* Tickets or issues mentioned
* Outcomes or decisions reached

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Clickable References</mark>

Every summary point links back to the exact message that triggered it. Tap a reference to jump straight to that moment in the chat — no endless scrolling, no guesswork.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Where It Works</mark>

AI Chat Summary is available across:

* Individual (1:1) customer chats
* WhatsApp Group chats
* Instagram conversations

***

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">**What the AI Doesn't Read**</mark>

Summaries are based on text messages only. Images, voice notes, and chat reactions are not included. Always verify critical details directly in the chat.
