Prerequisites
Before setting up the integration, ensure the following requirements are met.
1. Bitrix24 Professional Plan
The integration requires a Bitrix24 Professional plan because access to developer resources is necessary.
2. Admin or Primary Owner Access
You must log in using admin or primary owner credentials in Bitrix24 to access developer settings and install applications.
3. DoubleTick Integration Zip File
You will need the integration zip file provided by the DoubleTick team. This file will be uploaded during the setup process.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Follow the steps below carefully to complete the integration.
Step 1: Log in to Bitrix24
Log in to your Bitrix24 account using admin or primary owner access.
Once logged in, you will see the left navigation panel on the dashboard.
Step 2: Open CRM Developer Resources
From the left navigation panel, scroll down slightly.
Click on CRM.
Inside CRM, click on Show All.
Select Developer Resources.
This section allows you to manage integrations and developer tools.
Step 3: Navigate to “Other” in Developer Resources
Inside Developer Resources, you will see several options:

Add a Widget
Add a Chatbot
Other
Click on Other.
Step 4: Open Local Applications
Inside the Other section, you will see three options:
Local Application
Outbound Webhook
Inbound Webhook
Click on Local Application.
Step 5: Create a New Application
After clicking Local Application, you will see options such as:
Create an Application
Submit a request for development services for the partner
Below this section, you will see two application types:
Server
Static
Select Static.
Step 6: Upload the Integration Zip File
You will now see a mandatory field:
Archive containing your application (.zip)
Click the upload button.
Select the DoubleTick integration zip file from your device.
Upload the file.
Step 7: Add Application Name
Next, you will see two fields.
Menu Item Text (English) Enter:
DoubleTick
Menu Item Text (English India) Enter:
DoubleTick
This ensures the application appears correctly in the Bitrix interface.
Step 8: Assign Permissions
Below the menu text fields, you will see the Assign Permissions section.
By default, CRM will already be selected.
You must add the following permissions by clicking the Select + option:
CRM
Mobile (Mobile Application)
Placement (Application Embedding)
User (Users)
Users Custom Fields
These permissions allow the DoubleTick interface to function properly inside Bitrix24.
Step 9: Save the Application
Scroll to the bottom and click the Save button.
Once saved, Bitrix24 will display the application details along with the name of the app you just created.
At the bottom, you will see two buttons:
Open Application
Reinstall
Click Reinstall.
Step 10: Enable the Application in Leads
After clicking Reinstall, Bitrix will display a message indicating that the application will open from the Lead Details Page.
Now navigate back to the CRM module.
Step 11: Creating a Custom Field in Bitrix24

Go to top-right profile icon → click your name
On the profile page, click Create Field (below Notification Language)
Select String as field type
Enter field name: UF_Vaba_Number
Enable Always show and click Save
Add API Number
Go to DoubleTick → Settings → WABA → Manage WABA
Copy your API Number
Paste it into the created field in Bitrix24
Click Save
Step 12: Open a Lead
Go to the CRM section from the left navigation panel.
Open Leads.
Select and open any lead.
At the top of the lead page, you will see several tabs such as:
General
Products
Estimates
Automation
Workflow
Dependencies
History

Chat App Dialog
You will also see a new tab named:

Step 13: Open DoubleTick Inside the Lead
Click on DoubleTick.
Since this is the first time accessing the integration, you will be asked to log in.
Log in using your DoubleTick account credentials.
Once logged in, the WhatsApp conversation related to that lead will automatically open inside Bitrix24.
