How to Use the Forward Chat Message Feature Choose the message you want to forward, then click on the downward arrow (v).
Click on the "Forward" option.
Select the message by clicking on the checkbox.
Click on the downward arrow and choose the desired contact.
Select the recipient(s) to whom you want to send the message.
Select the number and click on the "Send" option as shown below.
A message forwarding pop-up will be displayed as shown.
Please note that both chat windows must be open in order to share the message.
