With **Chat Tabs (Chat Filters)** on the DoubleTick Mobile App, you can instantly organize and view conversations based on their current status — without scrolling endlessly.

This feature is designed to help you **stay focused, respond faster, and never miss an important chat**, even during busy hours.

### What are Chat Tabs?

Chat Tabs are **ready-made filters** available on the Home Screen of the DoubleTick mobile app.\
They automatically group your chats into different stages, so you can quickly see **which conversations need your attention right now**.

Instead of viewing all chats together, you can now switch between tabs like:

* Open
* Waiting
* Unread
* Closed

Think of Chat Tabs as **shortcuts** to the exact type of chats you want to work on.

### Where can you find Chat Tabs?

Once you open the **DoubleTick Mobile App**, you’ll see the Chat Tabs right on the **Home Screen**, just above your chat list.

No setup required — the tabs are available by default.

### Understanding Each Chat Tab

#### 🟢 Open

This tab shows:

* All **active conversations**
* Chats where the discussion is still ongoing
* Customers who may be expecting a response or follow-up

👉 Use this tab to focus on live, in-progress chats.

#### ⏳ Waiting

This tab includes:

* Chats where **you’ve already replied**
* Conversations that are **waiting for the customer’s response**

👉 Perfect for tracking follow-ups and knowing who hasn’t replied yet.

#### 🔔 Unread

This tab displays:

* Chats with **new messages**
* Conversations you **haven’t opened or read yet**

👉 This ensures you never miss a new customer message.

* Chats that are **completed or resolved**
