How to Mark Yourself Online or Offline on Web
Learn how to set your availability status in DoubleTick on the web.
You can easily control your availability from the Web platform using the navigation bar.
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the Navigation Bar
Move your cursor to the left side of the screen.
When you hover over the left panel, the Navigation Bar will expand.
Step 2: Locate Your Name at the Bottom
Scroll to the bottom of the Navigation Bar.
There, you will see:
Your Name (the currently logged-in user)
Your Current Status (Online or Offline)
Step 3: Click on Your Name
Click on your name.
A small pop-up will appear on the right side of your name.
This pop-up displays:
Your Name
Your Login Number
Your Current Status
The Online/Offline Toggle Button
Profile option
Logout option
Step 4: Change Your Status
You will see a toggle button next to your current status.
To Go Online:
If you are Offline and want to receive new chats,
Move the toggle button to the right.
Your status will change to Online.
You can now receive new chat assignments.
To Go Offline:
Move the toggle button to the left.
Your status will change to Offline.
You will not receive new chat assignments.
The change takes effect immediately.
Additional Options in the Same Menu
From the same pop-up, you can also:
Click Profile to navigate to your profile settings
Click Logout to sign out of your account
