# Creating and Managing Dashboards

A Dashboard gives you a **single, consolidated view of your business performance**. Using widgets, you can bring multiple saved reports together in one place, each displayed in a visual format of your choice — instead of opening them one by one.

A well-built dashboard saves your team time and keeps everyone aligned. Managers and team leads get an instant read on performance — chats open, agent activity, template engagement — all from one screen, without pulling separate reports every morning. It is also especially useful for businesses running multiple WhatsApp numbers or teams, making it easy to spot imbalances or issues at a glance.

1. Open Enterprise Analytics from the left-hand navigation panel.
2. Click the New Dashboard button on the top right of the screen.
3. Enter a name for your dashboard.
4. Click the Create Dashboard button.

The next step is to populate it with widgets.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">**Step 2 : Adding Widgets to Your Dashboard**</mark>

Widgets are the building blocks of a dashboard. Each widget displays one of your saved reports in a visual format.

There are two ways to add a widget:

* Click the Add Widget button in the center of the page when the dashboard is empty.
* Click the Add Widget button in the top-right corner at any point after the dashboard is created.

Adding a widget is a two-step process.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">**Step 3: Select a Report**</mark>

All reports you have created in your DoubleTick account are listed here, including both segmentation and funnel reports. Select the report you want to display, then click Next.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">**Step 4: Choose a Display Option**</mark>

You will be shown five display options:

* Single Number
* Line Chart
* Bar Graph
* Pie Chart
* Table

Not all display options will be available for every report. Compatible options will be enabled and the rest will appear greyed out. Hover over any disabled option to see exactly what conditions are required to enable it.

**For reference**: Single Number requires one metric with a single time period and no breakdown filters applied. Bar Graph may not be supported for certain report types. Pie Chart requires a single time period with one metric and no breakdown.

Once you select a compatible display option, click the green Add to Dashboard button. The widget will appear on your dashboard immediately.
