Below, we present a step-by-step guide to kickstart your journey with DoubleTick: 👇

Login

• To begin your onboarding journey, navigate to https://web.doubletick.io/login

• Choose the country code from dropdown and input the phone number associated with your payment account that you provided during the signup process (Enter your registered number), then click on the 'Login' button

• Input the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered phone number via SMS

Initiate Onboarding

Click on the "Get Started" button to commence the onboarding process.

• Upon clicking "Get Started," a pop-up window will appear. Scroll down and locate the option to "Continue with Facebook."

• Confirm Facebook Integration; Select "Continue as" to proceed with linking your Facebook account to DoubleTick

• Click on "Get Started" to initiate the setup process

• Fill in your business information in the provided fields and click on the 'Next' button to proceed

• If you're setting up a new account, select 'Create a WhatsApp Business account' from the dropdown menu and proceed to Create a new WhatsApp Business profile

• To establish a WhatsApp Business profile, first input your WhatsApp account name.

• This name serves as internal identification and will not be visible to your customers. Next, enter your WhatsApp Business display name.

• It's important to ensure that this display name matches your business name as it will be visible to all users on WhatsApp

• Choose the category that best represents your business, and then click on the 'Next' button to proceed

• Proceed by selecting the appropriate country code from the dropdown menu, and then enter the phone number you wish to use for the WhatsApp API.

• Please note that once integrated, this number will be dedicated solely for WhatsApp API use, and you will not be able to use a WhatsApp/WhatsApp Business account on this number thereafter

• Choose your preferred method of verification: via text message or phone call.

• You will then receive a One-Time Password (OTP) based on your selection

• Click on "Next" to continue
