1. Open DoubleTick
2. Log in using your login number and OTP

After logging in, the Chat section will open by default.

1. Hover over the left side of the screen
2. The navigation panel will expand
3. Click on **Home**

On the Home page, look at the right-hand side.

You will see a button called:

Click this button.

#### Step 4: Open WhatsApp Manager

A new browser tab will open automatically.

This will take you directly to:

WhatsApp Manager inside your Meta Business Account (FBM)

#### Step 5: Open Messaging Limits in Account Tools

Inside WhatsApp Manager:

1. Look at the left-hand menu
2. Click on **Account Tools**
3. Under Account Tools, you will see:

**Messaging Limits** (second section)

Click on it.

The Messaging Limits panel will display:

* Your business portfolio’s current limit tier
* Scaling progress

This portfolio limit applies to every phone number inside that portfolio.
