Step-by-Step: Check Messaging Limits in Meta (FBM)

Step 1: Log in to Your DoubleTick Account

  1. Open DoubleTick

  2. Log in using your login number and OTP

After logging in, the Chat section will open by default.


Step 2: Go to the Home Page

  1. Hover over the left side of the screen

  2. The navigation panel will expand

  3. Click on Home


Step 3: Click on “Go to FBM Account”

On the Home page, look at the right-hand side.

You will see a button called:

Go to FBM Account

Click this button.


Step 4: Open WhatsApp Manager

A new browser tab will open automatically.

This will take you directly to:

WhatsApp Manager inside your Meta Business Account (FBM)


Step 5: Open Messaging Limits in Account Tools

Inside WhatsApp Manager:

  1. Look at the left-hand menu

  2. Click on Account Tools

  3. Under Account Tools, you will see:

Messaging Limits (second section)

Click on it.


Step 6: View Your Portfolio Messaging Limit

The Messaging Limits panel will display:

  • Your business portfolio’s current limit tier

  • Scaling progress

  • Shared capacity across all onboarded numbers

This portfolio limit applies to every phone number inside that portfolio.
