How to Check Messaging Limits on DoubleTick

Why Checking Messaging Limits Is Important

Messaging limits help you understand:

  • How many new customers you can message in a day

  • Whether your account is eligible for scaling

  • Why message delivery may slow down when limits are reached

Checking your messaging limit regularly ensures you can plan campaigns and customer outreach smoothly.

What Messaging Limit Means in DoubleTick

Although you send messages through DoubleTick, messaging limits are controlled by Meta.

Meta assigns limits at the business portfolio level, meaning:

  • All WhatsApp API numbers under the same portfolio share one messaging limit

  • If one number uses the full limit, other numbers in the portfolio are affected

DoubleTick makes it easy to view this limit directly from your dashboard.

Step-by-Step: Check Messaging Limits in DoubleTick

Step 1: Log in to Your DoubleTick Account

  1. Open DoubleTick

  2. Log in using your registered login number

  3. Enter the OTP to access your dashboard

Step 2: Open the Home Page

Once you log in, click on Home from the main dashboard.

Step 3: Locate the Messaging Limit Box

On the Home page, you will see a section on the right-hand side, next to Account Quality.

Just below your API phone number, you will find a box labeled:

Messaging Limit

This section also mentions:

“Number of chats you can send to new customers in 24 hours.”

Step 4: Check Your Current Limit Tier

Inside the Messaging Limit box, DoubleTick displays the tier assigned to your portfolio, such as:

  • 2,000

  • 10,000

  • 100,000

  • Unlimited

The tier shown here is your current messaging limit.

Important Note for DoubleTick Users

Messaging limits are shared across your business portfolio.

This means:

  • All numbers onboarded under the same portfolio will have the same messaging capacity

  • The displayed tier applies collectively across all numbers

DoubleTick allows you to check messaging limits instantly from the Home dashboard. The Messaging Limit box shows how many new customer chats your business can initiate in a rolling 24-hour period, based on your Meta portfolio tier.
