# How to change your display image

Learn how to prepare the right image and upload it as your display picture directly from the DoubleTick Dashboard.

#### Image requirements

Before uploading your image, make sure it meets the official WhatsApp Business API standards.

#### If your image isn't the correct size

If your logo or image isn't exactly 640 × 640 pixels, you can easily fix it before uploading.

**Option 1: Use ChatGPT to resize**\
Simply share your image with ChatGPT and ask it to resize the image to 640 × 640 pixels for WhatsApp API. It will adjust it instantly and send you the optimized version.

**Option 2: Use the iLoveIMG resize tool**\
If you'd like to do it manually:

1. Go to the [iLoveIMG Resize Tool](https://www.iloveimg.com/resize-image).
2. Upload your logo or image.
3. **Untick** the box that says *Maintain aspect ratio*.
4. Enter **Width: 640** and **Height: 640**.
5. Click **Resize Image** and download the resized version.

Your image is now ready to upload.

#### Upload via DoubleTick dashboard

This is the simplest and fastest way to update your display image if you have access to your DoubleTick Dashboard.

**Step 1: Log in to Your DoubleTick Dashboard**\
Open your DoubleTick Dashboard and log in using your admin or team login credentials.

**Step 2: Navigate to the Settings Section**

**Step 3: Click on Manage WABAs (WhatsApp Business Accounts)**\
Click on **Manage WABAs**. You'll need **Admin** or **Owner** access to make profile updates.

**Step 4: Find Your WABA Number (WhatsApp API Number)**\
Locate the number you want to update from the list of connected WABAs.

**Step 5: Open Update WABA Profile**\
Click the three dots (⋮) next to your number and select **Update WABA Profile**.

**Step 6: Click the Camera Icon**\
Click the camera icon, which sits next to your current display image, to open the upload option.

**Step 7: Upload Your Image**\
Upload your resized logo (640 × 640 pixels) or take a new photo.

**Step 8: Click Save Changes**\
Click **Save Changes**. Once saved, the updated logo will appear on your business profile.
