# How to Onboard an Additional WABA in DoubleTick on Coexistence (Embedded Signup)

DoubleTick allows businesses to onboard multiple WhatsApp Business numbers under the same account. If you already have an existing WhatsApp Business number and want to connect it to DoubleTick using the **Coexistence** method, this guide will walk you through the complete process step by step.

This article is designed to be beginner-friendly and helps you onboard an additional number smoothly using **Embedded Signup**.

Before starting, ensure the following:

* You have access to your DoubleTick account login credentials.
* The phone number you want to onboard is already active on the WhatsApp Business App.
* You have admin access to the correct Facebook account and Business Portfolio.

1. Open your browser and visit the DoubleTick platform.
2. Log in using your registered mobile number.
3. Enter the OTP received on your phone.
4. After logging in, you will land on the **Chat Section** of your account.

1. From the Chat screen, move your cursor to the left side.
2. The navigation panel will expand.
3. Click on **Settings**.

1. On the top-right corner of the Manage WABA screen, click the green **Add Number** button.
2. A pop-up window will appear.

Inside the pop-up:

1. Choose **Add Number using Embedded Signup**.
2. You will be asked to select your onboarding method.

DoubleTick provides two onboarding options:

* Cloud API onboarding
* Coexistence onboarding (Connect an existing WhatsApp Business number)

For this guide, we will proceed with **Coexistence**.

1. Select the first option: **Connect your existing WhatsApp Business number**.
2. Click **Confirm and Proceed**.

1. The system will prompt you to log in to Facebook for verification.
2. Continue with the currently logged-in Facebook account.

If you want to use a different Facebook account:

* Click **Log in with another account**
* Select the desired account

1. After Facebook login, you will be asked to choose your Business Portfolio.
2. Select the appropriate Business Portfolio from the list.
3. Click **Continue** or **Next**.

1. Enter the phone number you want to onboard.
2. Click **Next**.

After entering the number:

* A dropdown will appear at the top.

3. From the dropdown, select **Add a new WhatsApp number**.
4. Confirm that the entered phone number is displayed correctly.
5. Click **Next**.

Once you proceed, a QR code will appear on your desktop screen.

To scan it:

1. Open the **WhatsApp Business App** on your mobile phone.
2. You will receive a prompt or message related to account connection.
3. Tap the option that says **Scan QR Code**.
4. Your camera scanner will open.
5. Scan the QR code displayed on your desktop.

This step allows WhatsApp to securely connect your existing account and share chat history from the last six months.

After scanning:

1. Your Business Account Name will appear on screen.
2. Select the correct **Time Zone** based on your country.

1. Click on **Confirm**.
2. The system will display a message such as:

   “Connecting your account. This may take a few moments.”

Initially, it may show that the account is not yet connected.

3. Click **Finish**.

The page will load for a few seconds, and then the number will appear as:

**Connected Successfully** in your DoubleTick account.
