How to Update or Change Your Card Details for Billing on DoubleTick
Keeping your billing information up to date is important to avoid disruptions in your service. If you wish to update or change your card details linked to your DoubleTick account, here’s a simple guide to help you do it smoothly.
✅ Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Send an Email Request
To initiate the update process:
Email [email protected]
Make sure to send the request from your registered email ID
Include the following details:
Your Company Name
Your DoubleTick API Number or Login Number
2. Not Sure What Your Registered Email Is?
No worries! You can find it easily:
Open the DoubleTick app
Go to Settings > Billing and Invoices > Billing Details
Your registered email address will be listed there (as shown below):

3. Look Out for a Payment Update Email
Once we receive your request, our Finance Team will send an email with a secure payment update link.
The email will look like this:
4. Click on “Update Payment Method”
In the email, click the green Update Payment Method button
5. Enter Your New Card Details
You’ll be redirected to a secure payment form like the one below:
Fill in your card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address
Click “Add” to save the new payment method
