1. Open any **Lead record inside Zoho CRM**
2. Click the **DoubleTick icon** in the bottom-left corner
3. DoubleTick opens in a popup on the same screen

You can configure the Default Chat Preference directly inside DoubleTick:

1. Open DoubleTick
2. Go to **Settings**
3. Navigate to **Integrations**
4. Open **Zoho CRM Integration**
5. Select your **Default Chat Preference**
