How To Create An OTP Template On DoubleTick

To create an OTP (One-Time Password) template in DoubleTick, follow these steps:

1. Login to Your DoubleTick Account: a) Go to the DoubleTick dashboard and log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Template Section: a) On the left sidebar, find the Templates section and click on it.

3. Create a New Template: a) Click on the Create New Template button.

4. Choose Template Type : Utility or marketing

Enter Template Details a) Template Name: Give the template a descriptive name (e.g., "utility Template , ABC template, or marketing template”) b) Message Body: Write the content of your OTP message. It typically includes placeholders for the OTP code.
