To create an OTP (One-Time Password) template in DoubleTick, follow these steps:
Login to Your DoubleTick Account: a) Go to the DoubleTick dashboard and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to Template Section: a) On the left sidebar, find the Templates section and click on it.
Create a New Template: a) Click on the Create New Template button.
Choose Template Type : Utility or marketing
Enter Template Details a) Template Name: Give the template a descriptive name (e.g., "utility Template , ABC template, or marketing template”) b) Message Body: Write the content of your OTP message. It typically includes placeholders for the OTP code. For example: Hello {{customer name}} Please find your {{Text} ; {{2}} or Your {{1}} for {{2}} is: {{Text }} Please enter the {{4}} to complete your process. Your {{1}} for {{2}} is: {{Text }}
Use Placeholders: a) DoubleTick usually supports placeholders like {{Text}} or {{Name}}to automatically insert the one-time password into the message.
Submit for Approval a) submit the template for approval.
Save Template: Once everything looks good, click on Save or Submit to finalize your OTP template. Once the template is created, you can use it in your campaigns or send OTPs through the system. Make sure the OTP code is dynamically generated and inserted into the template when sending it out
