A. The 3-Line Verification Rule (Mandatory for Admins)
Every Business Manager Admin must:
Have identity confirmed on Facebook
Have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled
Use a secure, consistent login location/device
Why this matters: Meta flags accounts that look unstable or risky. A fully verified admin reduces the chances of Business Manager suspension.
B. Use Real Identity Details
Your Admin profile must:
Match your legal name
Match your Aadhaar or PAN (for India)
If your profile gets locked, Meta will require:
Government ID upload
Real-time selfie verification
If the details do not match, recovery becomes extremely difficult.
C. The 72-Hour Warm-Up Rule
If you create a new Facebook profile and Business Manager:
Wait at least 72 hours before starting business verification or running high-spend ads.
Why: Meta monitors new accounts for suspicious activity. Immediate scaling increases risk.
D. Ecosystem Linking (Recommended Best Practice)
Your Business Manager should be properly connected to:
An aged Facebook Page
Instagram Professional Account
WhatsApp Business API number
Also ensure:
Instagram has its own 2FA enabled.
