How To Logout From DoubleTick

Logging out of DoubleTick is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to sign out of your account:

Steps to Log Out

1. Access the Right Panel

   • Open the DoubleTick application or web interface.

   • Locate the navigation panel on the right side of the screen.

2. Scroll Down

   • Scroll down the panel to view more options.

3. Click "Log Out"

   • Find the "Log Out" button or option at the bottom of the panel.

   • Click on it to sign out of your account.

   

What If You Encounter Issues?

Common Problems

• The screen keeps loading indefinitely.

• You receive an "Oops" error when trying to log out.

  

Step 1: Access Site Information

1. Click on the tune icon " " before the url bar of your browser or the "View Site Information" option in your browser or app settings.
2. A dropdown menu or pop-up should appear, displaying site-specific settings

Step 2: Clear Cookies and Site Data

1. Select "Cookies and Site Data" from the options available.

2. Navigate to "Manage On-Device Site Data" or a similar section where you can manage stored data.

3. Review the list of saved sites and locate any data associated with DoubleTick.

   

Step 3: Delete Data and Clear Cache

1. Delete all listed sites related to DoubleTick by selecting them and clicking on the Delete or Clear option.
