# Setup Analytics

DoubleTick's Analytics feature provides a comprehensive overview of your messaging performance, allowing you to track various key metrics. From message delivery rates to engagement levels, Analytics offers insights that can inform your messaging strategies and drive results

## Setup Analytics

To set up Analytics:

* Navigate to the "Analytics" option on the left panel.
* The panel will open, presenting two main features.
* Response Metrics and Charts

### **Response Metrics**

* To add a response metric, click on the "**Duplicate**" button on the first metric widget.
* A confirmation pop-up will appear; click "<mark style="color:green;">**Confirm**</mark>."&#x20;
* A new widget will be added to the screen.

* To select the desired data for display on the widget, click on "**Widget Settings**."
* A widget settings pop-up will appear, allowing you to choose metrics, duration, team members, and aggregation options from the dropdown menus.
* Click "Save" to apply the settings.
* You will now be able to view the saved metric data on the widget.

* To remove a widget, click on the delete icon, enabling you to delete the widget entirely

### Charts

Graphical representations displaying analytics for all conversations

* To add a chart, click on the "**Duplicate**" button on the first graph widget.
* A confirmation pop-up will appear; click "<mark style="color:green;">**Confirm**</mark>."&#x20;
* A new graph widget will be added to the screen.

To remove a graph widget, click on the delete icon, enabling you to delete the widget entirely
