How to Check Broadcast Summary

Learn how to check the broadcast summary on DoubleTick. Get insights into delivery rates, engagement, button/link clicks, and response metrics of your campaign.


The broadcast summary provides a comprehensive overview of the broadcast, including counts and percentages of various metrics:

  • Sent: The total number of contacts the message was sent to

  • Delivered: The total number of contacts the message reached successfully

  • Unread: The total number of contacts who have yet to read the message

  • Read: The total number of contacts who have opened/read the message

  • Replied: The total number of contacts who have replied

  • No Response: The total number of contacts who did not respond to the message

  • Failed: Total count of contacts where the message failed to send

In the broadcast list, 👆 there are a total of 498 members. Out of these, the broadcast message was successfully delivered to 329 members, approximately 66.1%. However, the message failed for 158 members, which is approximately 31.7% of the total.


In addition to providing an overview of the broadcast campaign's performance, the broadcast summary also allows users to track the engagement levels of specific elements within their templates.

This includes the ability to monitor the number of customers who have clicked on specific buttons or links embedded within the message.

Such insights enable users to gauge the effectiveness of their call-to-action buttons or linked content, facilitating informed decisions for optimizing future campaigns.

  • In the broadcast summary, you can see how many members who read the message have responded by clicking on any specific button.
