# How to Apply for a TDS Refund

If your organization has deducted **Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)** while making a payment to us, you are eligible to claim a refund from our Finance Team.

**🧭 Steps to Apply for TDS Refund**

1. Fill out the TDS refund form:\

2. Upload the **TDS Certificate (Form 16A)** for the relevant financial quarter.
3. Submit the form.
4. Once verified, the refund will be processed to your **bank account** within **10–15 working days**.

**📝 Notes:**

* Make sure the uploaded **TDS certificate (Form 16A)** is legible and complete.
* Refunds are subject to verification by our Finance Team.
