🛠 How to Create a Multi-Select List Custom Field

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Open DoubleTick settings From the left menu, click Settings.

  2. Navigate to Custom Contact Fields Click Custom Contact Fields.

  3. Click “Add Field” This opens a new field creation window.

  4. Enter the Field Name Example:

    • “Services Booked”

    • “Interested Locations”

    • “Preferred Product Categories”

  5. Choose the Field Type Click the dropdown → Select Multi-Select List.

  6. Add Field Values Enter the list of possible options (e.g., Haircut, Manicure, Pedicure).

  7. Click Save Your multi-select field is ready to use!

Using the field during a chat is quick and seamless:

  1. Open a customer chat.

  2. Click the Open Panel icon on the right side.

  3. Scroll to Custom Fields.
