Webhooks to pass DT Event to 3rd Party 👇

  • Webhooks enable seamless communication and integration between different systems by instantly notifying them of relevant updates or actions.

  • DoubleTick offers a variety of webhook triggers, allowing users to automate actions based on specific events within the platform.


DoubleTick Event Based Webhook Triggers

Message Status Update

Triggers whenever there is a change in the status of a message sent through the platform

Message Received

Triggers whenever a message is received by the platform, enabling immediate responses or actions based on incoming messages

Chat Assigned to Agent

Triggers when a chat or conversation is assigned to a specific agent

Chat Unassigned

Triggers when a chat or conversation is unassigned from an agent,indicating that it is no longer being handled and may require reassignment or further attention

Lead Received from Widget

Triggers when a lead is generated or received through a widget on their website, allowing for immediate follow-up and engagement with potential customers

Verified Lead Received from Widget

Triggers when a lead generated through a widget on their website has been verified as genuine or legitimate

How to add a Webhook ?

To add a webhook in DoubleTick, follow these steps:

  • Click on "Settings" in the left panel & navigate to the "Webhooks" section

  • On the Webhooks page, click on the "New Webhook" button

  • Enter the webhook URL (the endpoint URL where you want to receive the data) in the designated field

  • Choose the triggers you want to associate with the webhook. You can select one or multiple triggers based on your requirements

  • After adding the webhook URL and selecting triggers, click on the "Save Webhook" button to save the webhook configuration


Delete Webhook

To delete a webhook , follow these steps:

  1. Locate the webhook you want to delete in the Webhooks section

  2. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window by clicking on the "Delete" button

Click on the delete icon located on the right end of the webhook
