How to Change Your Primary Email ID or Mobile Number in Billing Records
To ensure you receive all invoices and billing communication on the correct contact details, follow the steps below to change your primary email ID or mobile number in our records.
🧭 Steps to Update Primary Email or Mobile Number
A. If You Have Access to the Registered Email ID:
Compose an email from your registered email ID.
Address it to: [email protected]
Include the following:
Your DoubleTick API Number
Your company name
The new primary email ID and/or new primary mobile number
📨 Email Format (Sample):
Subject: Request to Change Primary Email/Mobile Number for Billing
Dear Team,
I would like to update the primary contact details associated with our DoubleTick account.
Company Name: [Your Company Name]
DoubleTick API Number: [Your API Number]
New Primary Email ID: [New Email ID]
New Primary Mobile Number: [New Mobile Number]
Please make the necessary changes at the earliest.

B. If You Do NOT Have Access to the Registered Email ID:
In this case, you must initiate the request via WhatsApp:
Send a message from your admin’s number on DoubleTick Support to our support team on WhatsApp.
Mention clearly:
Your company name
Your DoubleTick API Number
The new email ID or mobile number
Our support team will collect the required details and forward your request to the finance team.
📝 Notes:
Only admin-level users can request these changes via WhatsApp.
Email requests must always come from the currently registered ID.
