How to Create and Use Quick Replies (with Media) on DoubleTick

✅ What Are Quick Replies?

Quick Replies are pre-saved message templates that help you reply to customers instantly without typing the same response again and again. You can include text, emojis, and even media attachments — ensuring your messages are not just fast but also rich and engaging.


🧭 Where to Find Quick Replies

You can access and manage your Quick Replies from the Settings panel in your DoubleTick Dashboard. To do this, log in to your DoubleTick Dashboard, open the left-hand menu, click on Settings, and then select Quick Replies from the options listed there.


⚙️ How to Create a Quick Reply (with Media)

Follow these simple steps to create your own reusable Quick Reply 👇

🪄 Step 1: Open Quick Replies

  1. From your DoubleTick Dashboard, look at the left-hand panel.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Under the Settings menu, select Quick Replies (it may appear as “Quick Replies – Manage your quick replies”).

🪄 Step 2: Add a New Quick Reply

Click the Add Quick Reply button in the top-right corner. This opens a new window to create your reply.

🪄 Step 3: Fill in the Quick Reply Details

Type your saved message (max ~4000 characters). You can include emojis & links in the message.

Add Media (Optional)

Attach images, videos, PDFs, or audio files by either: - Dragging and dropping into the upload area - Clicking Upload from Computer

Click Save (top-right corner) once everything looks perfect. Your new Quick Reply will instantly appear in your list and be ready for use in all chats.

💬 How to Use a Quick Reply in Chat

Now that your Quick Reply is ready, let’s use it in a real conversation!

🔹 Step 1: Type “/” in the Chat Box

In any chat window, type / in the message input field. A list of all available Quick Replies will appear automatically.

🔹 Step 2: Search for Your Shortcut

Type your shortcut keyword — for example, /thanks or /brochure. The list will instantly filter matching Quick Replies.

🔹 Step 3: Select and Personalize

Click the desired Quick Reply. It will load into the message input box, where you can make quick edits — such as adding the customer’s name, updating the order ID, or even changing the attached media if needed.
