DoubleTick Integration with Bitrix24 (Iframe Integration)

The DoubleTick–Bitrix24 iframe integration allows businesses to bring their WhatsApp conversations directly inside the Bitrix24 CRM interface. Instead of switching between multiple platforms, sales teams can view and respond to WhatsApp chats from within Bitrix24 itself.

With this integration, the DoubleTick interface opens inside Bitrix24 as an embedded window. Whenever a user opens a lead or deal, they can instantly access the WhatsApp conversation associated with that contact.

This keeps all communication connected with CRM records while improving team productivity and reducing the need to switch between tools.

What This Integration Does

This integration embeds DoubleTick directly inside Bitrix24 using an iframe. As a result:

  • WhatsApp conversations appear directly inside Lead and Deal views

  • Teams can view and respond to messages without leaving Bitrix24

Your WhatsApp communication becomes a seamless part of your CRM workflow.
