WhatsApp forms is a powerful feature launched by DoubleTick that allows users to create custom journeys that are user-friendly and generate up to 3 times more responses and conversations.

WhatsApp forms makes it easy for your customers to get things done within the WhatsApp interface. You can design and build a variety of rich customer experiences using UI components embedded directly in your conversations.

With WhatsApp forms, you can:

But before we get to how to make WhatsApp forms, you might beg the question - “Why WhatsApp forms”?

## **How to make WhatsApp Forms** ?

**Step 1**: Navigate to your Facebook Business Manager.

**Step 2**: Go to the "Accounts" tab and select "WhatsApp Accounts."

**Step 3**: Click on the corresponding WABA account for which you want to create flows. Scroll down to open the WhatsApp Manager.

**Step 4**: In the WhatsApp Manager, on the left panel, select "Create Templates" and click on "Create a New Template."

**Step 5**: Select "Flows" then click on 'Next' and assign a sample name to the template.

**Step 6:** Under the "Type of Flow" option, select "Custom Form," then click "Create."

**Step 7**: Add your questions to the template and click "Save."

**Step 8:** Navigate to the flows, select your flow and click on the three dots and select "Publish."

**Step 9**: Once published, the flows will reflect in your DoubleTick account in the 'buttons' tab while creating a new template&#x20;
