Headers are optional components that appear at the top of template messages. Enter the header information, which typically includes the title or introductory message of the template.
Templates are limited to one header component.
Headers support text with a 60-character limit. Supported media headers include: 👇
Image: Acceptable types: JPEG, PNG; Size limit: 5 MB
Video: Acceptable type: MP4; Size limit: 16 MB
Document: Acceptable type: PDF; Size limit: 100 MB
Body components are text-only sections that are essential in every template. They support multiple variables and have a maximum character limit of 1024.
Input the main content of your message in the body section. This is where you convey the primary information or message you want to communicate.
You can incorporate custom variables within the body of your template by enclosing them in braces, like this: {{variable_name}}. These variables allow for dynamic insertion of specific information when the template is used.
You can include system custom attributes as variables in the body by clicking on them; they are displayed in the body section highlighted in green.
Footers are optional text-only components that appear immediately after the body component and have a maximum character limit of 60. Templates are limited to one footer component.
Provide any closing remarks or additional details in the footer section. This could include contact information, legal disclaimers, or any other relevant information.
