How to change roles of existing Team Member?

To modify the role of a current team member,

• Go to the "Team" section from the left panel and choose the team member whose role you intend to change

• Click on the three dots located at the right end of the agent

• Select "View Profile" from the dropdown menu

• The profile panel will open on the right-hand side of the screen

Change Organization Role

• After opening the profile panel, click on the dropdown menu under "Organization Role"

  

• Choose the role you wish to assign to the team member from the dropdown menu

• The role selection will be automatically saved once selected

• The Organization role has been successfully updated from "Owner" to "Team Lead"

Change WhatsApp Account Role

To change the WhatsApp account role on the profile:

• Switch to the "WABAs Assign" tab

• Click on the "Assign WABA number" button

• Now, from the dropdown menu, select the WABA role you wish to assign the Team member

• Afterward, click on the "Confirm" button to save the changes

• The WABA role will be successfully updated
