Reports can be downloaded only if you have owner's role.
Step 1: Navigate to the Reports Section
1. Log in to DoubleTick and locate the navigation menu on the left side of the dashboard.
2. Hover over the menu and select Reports.
In the Reports section, you will find two types of reports available for download:
- Agent Activity Report:Tracks individual agent interactions and productivity.
- Account Summary Report: Provides an overview of account-level performance metrics.
Step 2: Select the Report Type and Date Range
Choose the report type you’d like to download by selecting either "Agent Activity" or "Account Summary."
Select the date range for the report by clicking the dropdown menu and choosing your preferred period.
Step 3: Download the Report
After selecting the report type and date range, click Download Excel to generate the report.
Go to the Request History section to monitor the report's download progress.
Here, the status of the report generation will initially show as *Queued
Step 4: Access the Downloaded Report
Once the report’s status changes from Queued to Completed in the Request History, you can proceed to download it.
Click the download icon next to the completed report to open and review your report.
With this process, you can quickly access and review detailed reports on agent activities or account summaries, empowering you with insights to enhance customer support and improve account management.
