# How to Use Predefined Templates from Meta Business Suite

Many DoubleTick customers face issues when creating new templates for **utility use cases** (such as *Product Shipped, Product Delivered, or Event Reminder*). While you may submit them under the **Utility** category, Meta often re-categorizes them as **Marketing**.

👉 When this happens, you don’t need to create a fresh template again. Instead, you can simply use **Meta’s Predefined Templates** available directly in the **Meta Business Suite**. These are ready-to-use, pre-approved by Meta, and save you the time of waiting for new approvals.

This guide explains, step by step, how you can access and use these predefined templates.
