Import WhatsApp Chats

1. Accessing DoubleTick Settings Step 1: Log in to your DoubleTick account. Step 2: Navigate to the Settings section. You can typically find this option in the sidebar or top menu, depending on your interface layout

Ensure this number is associated with the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business account you wish to import. Step 6: Choose a team member from the dropdown or list to assign these chats. This ensures that all imported conversations are directed to the right person. Step 7: Select your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). This is crucial for linking the correct business profile with DoubleTick. Step 8: Click on Next to proceed

1. Scanning the QR Code Step 9: After clicking Next, a QR code will appear on the screen. Step 10: On your WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app: a) Go to Settings. oClick on Linked Devices. Step 11: Use the option to Scan QR Code and point your device at the QR code displayed on DoubleTick.
