How to Connect Your Facebook Ads Insights in DoubleTick
If you are running ads on Facebook and Instagram, monitoring your campaigns is crucial to understand performance, optimize strategy, and measure ROI. DoubleTick makes this easier by allowing you to connect your Facebook Ads Insights directly within the platform.
This step-by-step guide is designed for users who may not be very technically sound. By the end of this guide, you’ll be able to seamlessly connect your Facebook Ads account with DoubleTick and start tracking performance.
Step 1: Log in to Your DoubleTick Account
Open your browser and go to DoubleTick.
Log in using your registered login number and OTP.
Once you’re logged in, go to the Ads Insights section from the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Start the Connection Process
Inside Ads Insights, click on the Connect Account button.
A new window will open asking you to sign in with your Facebook account.
Step 3: Log in to Facebook
Enter the login credentials (email/phone and password) of the Facebook account that manages your business assets.
Click Continue.
If you’re already logged in to Facebook on your browser, it will automatically detect your account and prompt you to continue.
Step 4: Select Business Account & Ad Account
After login, Facebook will ask you to choose the Business Account you want to connect.
Select the account linked to your ads.
Next, select the Ad Account(s) you want DoubleTick to fetch data from.
You can select one or multiple accounts depending on your needs.
Step 5: Grant Necessary Permissions
To ensure DoubleTick can fetch accurate ad insights, you’ll need to grant permissions:
✅ Manage Ads – so DoubleTick can fetch data from your campaigns.
✅ View Campaigns – so you can see active and past ads.
✅ Access Insights – so DoubleTick can generate performance reports.
✅ Business Settings Access – to ensure smooth integration across accounts.
👉 Make sure all permissions are enabled before clicking Continue. If any permission is denied, DoubleTick may not be able to sync your data correctly.
Step 6: Confirm and Complete Connection
After selecting accounts and enabling permissions, click Done.
Facebook will confirm that your account is now connected.
You’ll be redirected back to DoubleTick Ads Insights where your ad data will start syncing automatically.
Step 7: View Ads Insights in DoubleTick
Once connected, you can:
Track spend, reach, and engagement.
Monitor campaign performance in real-time.
Generate reports directly from DoubleTick without switching to Facebook Ads Manager.
Common Issues & Quick Fixes
❌ Didn’t see your Ad Account? – Make sure your Facebook account has Admin or Advertiser access to the business ad account.
