1. Log in to your DoubleTick account.

2. From the homepage, click on the button “Go to FBM Account.”

3. This will redirect you to your WhatsApp Manager inside Facebook Business Manager (FBM).

1. From the left-hand menu, select Message Templates.

2. Click on Create Template to start building a new one.
