How to Add a "Call on WhatsApp" CTA Button in Your Message Templates

Meta now allows businesses to add a Call on WhatsApp button to their WhatsApp message templates. With this CTA (Call to Action), your customers can directly tap the button to call your business WhatsApp number โ€” making conversations more seamless and personal.

๐Ÿ”น Step 1: Access Your WhatsApp Manager from DoubleTick

  1. Log in to your DoubleTick account.

  2. From the homepage, click on the button โ€œGo to FBM Account.โ€

  3. This will redirect you to your WhatsApp Manager inside Facebook Business Manager (FBM).


๐Ÿ”น Step 2: Open the Template Library in WhatsApp Manager

  1. From the left-hand menu, select Message Templates.

  2. Click on Create Template to start building a new one.

  1. Select a Category (Marketing, Utility, or Authentication).
