Breakdown Reports and Detailed Customer Insights

Breakdown allows you to analyze funnel data in greater detail.

When breakdown is enabled, the report shows results date-wise.

Example:

16 February

Templates Sent: 60 Templates Delivered: 44 Templates Read: 36 CTA Clicked: 14 Messages Received: 10

This helps identify performance trends on specific dates.


Viewing Detailed Reports

Clicking any number in the breakdown opens a detailed report.

The detailed report includes:

Customer name Customer phone number Event timestamps Assigned team member Template name Conversion time between events

You can also open the actual conversation directly from this report.


Funnel Outcome

Each conversation shows a funnel outcome.

Possible outcomes include:

Completed Dropped at Event 2 Dropped at Event 3 Dropped at Event 4

This helps identify where customers stopped progressing in the funnel.


Exporting Reports

Reports can be exported using the Export button.

The data can be downloaded as an Excel file for further analysis or internal reporting.


Saving the Report

Once the funnel is configured, click Save and Update Report.

This saves the report configuration.

The next time you open the report, you only need to change the timeframe to see updated data.
